Position: Cold Storage Packer

Hours: 8am—4pm (Monday-Friday)

Location: Appleton, WI

Wage: $17.00/hour + $1.00/hour Attendance Bonus

IQ Resource Group is seeking dependable and hardworking Packers for a food production facility in Appleton. This position works in a refrigerated environment and is responsible for packaging products, inspecting quality, and preparing orders for shipment.

Position Summary: The Cold Storage Packer is responsible for packaging and preparing food products for shipment while maintaining quality, accuracy, and food safety standards. This role works in a refrigerated workplace and plays an important part in ensuring products are properly packed, labeled, and ready for distribution. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.

Job Duties:

Package food products according to company specifications





Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging

Label, sort, and organize finished goods

Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment

Follow food safety and quality procedures

Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy

Assist with additional production and packaging duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to work in a cold storage environment throughout the shift

Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Previous production or packaging experience is helpful but not required
