Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for multiple Event Set Up/Tear Down Staff Members in the Hospitality Sector in Hamilton, Ontario. Are you dependable, physically active, and enjoy working as part of a team? We are seeking Event Setup & Tear Down Staff to support off-site banquet events. In this hands-on role, you will assist with preparing event spaces, setting up furniture and décor, maintaining a safe and organized environment, and helping with post-event teardown. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for flexible event-based work in a fast-paced hospitality workplace.

A typical day:

- Set up tables, chairs, linens, and décor based on event floor plans
- Assist with unloading, organizing, and staging event materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized event environment




- Dismantle event setups and pack equipment after event completion
- Load materials for transport and assist with venue clean-up

Successful candidates will have:

- Lift and move up to 50 lbs safely and consistently
- Perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced setting

Available Friday Oct 2 8am-2pm and Sunday Oct 4 8am-2pm

Total rewards: $20.00 hourly
