Be a vital part of the Current Brunswick Extra-Mural Program as a full time Patient Care Attendant in Miramichi. Enhance patient care by providing support with daily living and personal needs. In this role, as a Patient Care Attendant – 2, you will be integral to the interdisciplinary EMP team, offering care to patients across different ages and backgrounds. Using a holistic approach, you'll address patients' physical, psychological, and social needs while assisting with essential activities of daily living. The role requires shift flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive, individualized patient care
Assist with mobility, hygiene, and meal preparation
Accurately document care and report on patient statuses
Observe changes and communicate with healthcare teams
Maintain a safe and hygienic working workplace Requirements:
High school graduation and a patient care certification
Valid CPR Level C certification
Clean driving record with a Class 5 Driver's License
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
