Duties
Assist experienced technicians with vehicle repairs, including bodywork and structural restoration
Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic repair tasks safely and efficiently
Support heavy lifting activities to move vehicle parts and components as needed
Learn to evaluate vehicle damage and help prepare vehicles for repairs
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Follow safety protocols and proper procedures during all repair activities
Participate in training sessions to expand your mechanical knowledge and technical skills

Requirements




Dealership or automotive repair experience is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with automotive systems is a plus
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting tasks is advantageous
Solid interest in automotive repair and collision work
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
Physical stamina for manual labor, including lifting heavy parts and standing for extended periods
Mechanic experience or related technical training is a plus but not mandatory
