Overview

We are seeking 1 dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our facility is clean, protected, and well-maintained. This role is essential in creating a welcoming setting for both employees and visitors. If you have experience in commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance, we encourage you to apply. Clinic, hospital or hotel cleaning experience preferred

Duties
Daytime position Monday - Friday 10 am - 4 pm. some weekend work is also required
Perform routine cleaning of all areas within the facilities, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, elevators and common areas.
Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, collecting garbages, wiping off surfaces and dusting as needed.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly and safely.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
Report any repairs or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.





Qualifications
Previous experience in commercial cleaning, clinic, hospital or hotel cleaning is strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of basic facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
