Key Responsibilities:
Execute venipuncture and blood collection procedures
Manage and process various specimens accurately
Conduct routine maintenance on laboratory equipment
Participate in ECGs and support testing procedures
Engage with healthcare colleagues for optimal patient care Requirements:
Must complete a recognized laboratory assistant program
Current MLPAO Certification essential
Relevant hospital experience is preferred
Excellent phlebotomy skills required
