OverviewThe Senior Solutions Engineer plays a critical role in FISPAN's Solutions Team, collaborating across departments to ensure the success of FISPAN's products. This role involves engaging directly with Bank Partners and internal teams, leading technical and strategic discussions, designing efficient technology solutions, and improving end-to-end processes. The ultimate goal is to empower partners and clients to automate treasury and payment operations while driving internal process improvements that support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with FISPAN partners and prospects to deliver customized product demonstrations tailored to their unique needs.Leverage market and technical expertise to provide strategic consultation on partner product strategies, including designing optimal technology and go-to-market solutions for our partners.Analyze bank product specifications to design and deliver best-in-class technical solutions.Collaborate with sales, product, and service operations teams to develop optimal go-to-market strategies for FISPAN products across the partner ecosystem.Lead internal strategic initiatives aimed at automating and improving FISPAN processes to drive efficiency and revenue growth.Lead technical scoping and draft detailed specifications for Statements of Work (SOWs).Create and present strategic pitch decks to banks and new partners to introduce and highlight recent product functionality.Act as a mentor and technical guide for junior members of the Solutions Team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring best practices.RequirementsExperience:Minimum 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, product management, or a similar role,



preferably in financial services or financial technology.Technical Expertise:Strong ability to create technical documentation, including process workflows and requirements documents.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical specifications, transforming complex details into accessible, user-friendly content.Comprehensive knowledge of connectivity standards such as authentication, encryption, secure transmission, and APIs.Familiarity with data standards such as XML and JSON.Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to streamline workflows, drive day-to-day efficiency, and enhance technical output.Soft Skills:Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.Proven relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.Highly motivated, self-directed individual who can manage multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in financial services or financial technology is highly desirable.ERP ecosystem experience will be a differentiating skill.Experience in a consulting or sales role is also a benefit for this role.CompensationThe hiring salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000 annually. Base pay is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location.
