As a central figure in this position, you will address incoming telephone calls, assess service requirements, and prioritize tasks related to law enforcement communication. Robust proficiency in utilizing police databases such as CIIDS, CPIC, and PROS is essential for your success. Maintain and audit police databases with precision

Provide clear communication using Ten Codes and Phonetic Alphabet

Experience in a direct Police communications workplace preferred
Ability to pass RCMP Security Clearance
Typing speed of 50wpm with accuracy
