4G Tempo is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Full-Time Cook to join our team in Fort McMurray.

The Cook will be responsible for preparing fresh food for our customers while maintaining a clean, organized, and effective kitchen area. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, follows proper food safety practices, and can keep up in a busy environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of fresh and grab-and-go food items
Prepare sandwiches, hot food, and other menu items as required
Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food preparation procedures
Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently
Keep hot food displays and prepared food areas stocked
Monitor food quality, freshness, and product levels
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and food preparation area
Properly store, label, and rotate food products
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
Clean kitchen equipment, work surfaces,



and utensils
Assist with receiving and organizing food inventory
Minimize food waste through proper preparation and storage
Complete other kitchen duties as required

Qualifications:
Previous cooking, kitchen, or food preparation experience is an asset
Knowledge of secure food handling practices
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
Strong attention to cleanliness and food quality
Able to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Willing to learn and follow established recipes and procedures
