Seeking a highly motivated person who is able to multi task and work with little supervision in a very faced paced workplace . You would be responsible for maintaining customer and supplier relationships through effective communication, efficient work processes and excellent customer service.

This is a permanent full-time position that is available immediately

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain productive carrier relationships

Sourcing freight rates that meet or exceed financial targets, for both international and domestic shipments

Coordinate shipments from start to finish according to schedule

Issuing shipping instructions , secure bookings, following up on loading, tracking and tracing, coordinate customs clearance and deliveries.

Accurate data entry into our system





Respond to incoming calls and customer inquiries

Must be good at multi tasking, highly organized with excellent verbal and communication skills.

Must be a team player with positive people skills and attitude . Open, honest and fair in dealings with all parties

We are willing to train the right person for the job
