The City of Thunder Bay is seeking an IT Client Services Assistant to provide Tier 1 end-user support for corporate information systems. Under supervision, you handle software/OS queries, document resolutions, and assist with training and asset management. Occasional in office support and access provisioning are included.
Candidates should have a degree or diploma in computer science or information systems, plus the ability to communicate clearly and work under pressure while following procedures.
