Shape the future of mechanical design at CoLab as our Engineering Manager focusing on AI-powered reviews. This remote position requires both technical depth and people leadership to drive project success. You will oversee the team crafting AutoReview, CoLab's creative solution for mechanical design automation.

This role allows you to partner closely with Product for setting priorities and context while maintaining technical insight to mitigate risks. Your experience managing skilled engineers in challenging domains will support the delivery of intricate projects involving 3D data and AI techniques. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach engineers in AutoReview development
Collaborate with Product to establish project priorities




Identify and address risks early in the process
Ensure successful delivery of key initiatives like assembly analysis
Adapt to change based on customer feedback and insights Requirements:
Experience managing teams in complex product areas
Robust understanding of web application architecture
