We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Coffee Roaster & Packager to join our team at our South Landing facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about coffee and quality production.

Responsibilities
Roast coffee according to company standards
Package products accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
Ensure product quality and consistency




Assist with general production and inventory tasks

Requirements
Passion for coffee and quality products
Solid attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual
Must have reliable transportation (location is not transit accessible)
Previous experience in food production or coffee roasting is an asset, but not required

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
