Ensure regular monitoring of operations, deliveries, and pickups via the computer system in order to have real-time status updates of drivers’ actions in the field

Diploma in Logisitics or Operations or equivalent experience ;

2 to 5 years of experience in dispatching LTL freights ;

Knowledge in Truckmate ;

Strong organizational skills and multitask ;

Sense of priority, rigor and teamwork ;

Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively ;

Ability to solve problems and make decisions ;

Strong logicial skills and making sure the freight are moving constantly ;

Knowledge of road transport laws and regulations (Bill 430) and all safety and compliance procedures;

Knowledge of ISAAC (asset) ;
