IQ Resource Group is seeking a skilled Trimmer to join a manufacturing company in the Appleton, WI area. Enjoy a 4-day workweek with 3-day weekends and a starting pay of $20/hr!
Location: Appleton, WI Wage: $20hr Hours: 5am-4pm Monday-Thursday
Position Summary: Individuals in this position possess high level knowledge of all the guillotine trimmers used in production. Operators are completely competent at programing the trimmers, skilled in general maintenance and capable of accurately completing any trimming duty given to them.
Responsibilities: Requires a high level of mechanical ability
Extremely proficient at math
Able to read comprehend and execute job order instructions
Completely able to produce product within customer and company specifications
Physically fit and able to tolerate a physically demanding job that requires the operator to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis, bend, squat and stand the entire shift.




Ability to work with a sense of urgency and still maintain quality and accuracy
Able to set-up all programs on all trimmers accurately
Maintain the equipment by daily routine maintenance and knife changes as needed
Able to mentor other operators, instructing and reinforcing valuable work habits
Read job ticket accurately and scan all components used into jobs and return to stock when finished.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Have a significant prior knowledge in guillotine trimming
High school education or equivalent
Technical school education recommended
3-5 years of trimming experience
Must be experienced and possess computer knowledge
