Lead the next generation of performers at Pumphouse Theatre's Summer Drama Day Camp in Calgary. Your creativity will help kids explore acting and storytelling in a productive environment.
Pumphouse Theatre is hiring four enthusiastic Camp Leaders to oversee activities from June 23 to August 29, 2025. You will guide kids aged 7 to 14 through drama exercises, fostering their social skills and creativity. Working alongside the Programming Director, you will help develop a dynamic curriculum and support campers in their final presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise kids in drama activities throughout camp
• Guide campers in creating and presenting a final show
• Contribute to program development and curriculum execution




• Foster a positive and creative camp atmosphere
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the experience
Requirements:
• Experience with youth supervision, aged 7-14
• Background in drama and creative processes
• At least one term of relevant academic study
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to engage those with disabilities or ESL
