and update document and electronic filing systems; retrieve and systemize information* Provide administrative support to management and Master Mechanic* Prepare for meetings and produce meeting documents as needed* Demonstrate professionalism and friendly demeanor while answering incoming telephone calls and redirect calls appropriately* Pick up, deliver and prepare outgoing correspondence; including coordinating and logging the pick-up and delivery of courier mail.* Perform timekeeping and payroll duties for facility staff* Establish an organized, skilled, and friendly atmosphere for customers and staff* Other duties as required by management**QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS*** Post-secondary education and/or High School Diploma with progressive relative experience* A minimum of 5 years of related service and administrative experience* Knowledge of heavy equipment machinery and parts would be considered an asset* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Skilled in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)* Time entry experience preferred* Must be able to work under pressure, to multi-task, and meet deadlines* Possess strong organizational skills* Organized and self-motivated
