Key Responsibilities Develop and implement stimulating, age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans.
Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents.
Ensure a safe, hygienic, and positive learning environment that promotes exploration and development.




Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Organize and lead age-appropriate group activities and outdoor play.
Requirements Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development (ECD) or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a childcare or preschool setting.
Good understanding of child development theories and practical application.
Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
