Dynamite seeks a Dynamic Operations Associate to enhance store operations and improve customer experiences through stellar inventory management and organization. Elevate each shopper's visit by providing exceptional service.

In this position, you will be integral to the daily operations of the store, directly reporting to the Store Manager. Your focus will be on maintaining stockroom order, accurately processing shipments, replenishing merchandise, and ensuring visually appealing displays. Your efforts will significantly allocate to our sales goals and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize stockroom for optimal efficiency
• Process inventory shipments timely
• Replenish products on the sales floor
• Handle eCommerce fulfillment effectively
• Perform markdowns and merchandising tasks

Requirements:
• High school diploma is essential
• 6 months of retail stockroom experience required
• Solid eye for detail and organization
• Customer-oriented approach with a fashion focus
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends
