IQ Resource Group is in search of an experienced Maintenance Technician for a well-established company in Neenah, WI. Ideal for someone reliable, hands-on, and open to occasional weekends and on-call support.
Position: Maintenance Tech III Type: Direct Hire Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm Wage: $28- $32/hr Location: Neenah, WI Job Summary: The Level 3 Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing troubleshooting, installation, equipment repairs, continuous improvement and preventative / daily maintenance of production and facility equipment. This position applies mechanical theory and related knowledge to test and modify manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Promotes job safety, and is an active participant in the development of plant safety goals, policies and procedures
Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities
Inspect, set-up and adjust machine rolls; embossing and die rolls
Accurately troubleshoot common mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues
Respond to all breakdowns quickly and perform repairs correctly while performing quality work
Check and review work orders and complete tasks on a priority basis




Develop process capability changes to improve quality, reduce scrap and increase productivity
Perform basic electrical preventative maintenance checks
Operate forklift, aerial lift, tow motor, tractors, and other facility vehicles safely
Participate in cross-functional project groups
Demonstrate high levels of positive housekeeping practices
Participate in the management and maintenance of the parts inventory system, including research to determine parts required
Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
Ability to work occasional weekends along with participating in the maintenance on-call program.
Education & Experience:
Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
4-6 years related experience and/or training in manufacturing.
3-5 years related experience and/or training in maintenance.
Fork / Aerial Lift Certified.
Knowledge of the standard practices, materials, tools and equipment used in the repair and maintenance of manufacturing machinery / equipment.
