The Current Brunswick Extra-Mural Program (EMP) is hiring a Registered Nurse to holistically coordinate patient care in home and community settings. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate needs while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
Applicants must have a nursing diploma or bachelor’s degree, be registered or eligible with CNNB, and bring 2 years of recent RN experience. Valid NB license, CPR Level C, and a clean criminal record are required.
