Main responsibilities: Provide quality nursing care to patients in a hospital environment.
Assess patients' medical and emotional needs.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Ensure effective communication with families regarding patient health status and needs.
Participate in case management to ensure continuity of care.
Train and supervise auxiliary staff, as appropriate.
Requirements: College Diploma (DEC) in Nursing.




Member in valuable standing of the Order of Nurses of Quebec (OIIQ) .
Critical Care Experience
Mandatory training for clinical technicians
Knowledge of MedUrge is essential to begin the assignment process.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Organizational skills, professionalism and autonomy.
