Our Property Management Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner plays a key role assisting in maintaining our buildings and ensuring our rental suites are thoroughly cleaned and move-in ready for new tenants.

Responsibilities
Clean and maintain hallways, entrance, windows, garbage removal, and rental suites after tenant move-outs and before new move-ins
Perform general cleaning tasks, including laundry rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, and surfaces
Report any damages or maintenance issues to management
Maintain company standards of cleanliness and presentation

Qualifications
Previous qualified cleaning experience an asset, but not required




Solid attention to detail with the ability to work independently
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction
Physically able to lift, bend, and perform hands-on cleaning tasks

Schedule & Availability
Part Time position
Flexible with your schedule

Compensation
Hourly wage based on experience
