Responsibilities:
Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features & benefits
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, follow-up activities, and sales progress
Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers, events and current vehicle arrival
Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and clarity
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail sales (dealership, an asset)
Exceptional organization skills.
Able to manger multiple client accounts efficiently and following up diligently
Outstanding skilled customer service skills on the phone and in person
Valid drivers licence
