We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures using a variety of tools and techniques. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring safety, durability, and quality in every project.

Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans
Construct frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, ceilings, and roofing using hand tools and power tools
Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks for foundations, slabs, and other structural elements
Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishes with precision and attention to detail
Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes safely to move materials around the job site
Conduct restoration work by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces with high-quality craftsmanship




Use welding techniques where necessary to join metal components or reinforce structures
Engage in heavy lifting of materials and equipment while maintaining safety protocols at all times

Qualifications
Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a strong understanding of building processes
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, woodworking equipment, and heavy machinery operation
Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, drywall installation, siding application, and welding processes
Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions
Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and quality craftsmanship
Valid certification or licensing related to construction or carpentry is a plus but not mandatory
