Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
Engage with guests in a friendly, attentive manner to enhance their overall experience
Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours

Requirements
Previous restaurant or food industry experience, particularly in bartending or serving roles
Proficiency with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
Knowledge of food safety regulations and food handling best practices
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a lively setting
Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions and bill splitting
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
