Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently, following standard recipes and safety procedures
Assist bartenders with drink preparation, garnishing, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing, cash handling, and billing accurately
Support food service operations by serving snacks or small plates when needed
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces in compliance with food safety regulations
Handle cash transactions accurately using Micros POS or similar systems,



balancing cash drawers at shift end
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly

Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to manage time effectively in a busy workplace while multitasking seamlessly
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is a plus
Experience in bartending or serving roles enhances your ability to excel in this position
