Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions promptly and accurately
Perform bank reconciliations to verify account balances and identify discrepancies
Conduct account analysis to ensure proper categorization and reporting of expenses and income
Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Reconcile accounts regularly to maintain data integrity and support audit readiness
Support budgeting activities by providing relevant financial data and insights





Skills
Proven experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping principles, accounting practices, and financial documentation
Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance requirements
Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation efficiently
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and vendors
Basic understanding of budgeting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
