As a CPA, your responsibilities will include:

· Preparation of working papers for compilation, review, and audit engagements, including preparation of financial statements;

· Preparation of corporate and personal tax returns;

The successful candidate will have:

· CPA designation;

· 3+ years of experience in a Canadian public practice firm, including experience and training in assurance work and/or tax;

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with all members of our team, clients, and others;

· Strong general familiarity with Windows computers and office technology;





· A working knowledge of various accounting software including CaseWare, Microsoft Office, Taxprep, TaxCycle, QuickBooks, and Sage 50 Accounting;

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and present a professional image in a business casual workplace;
Strong problem-solving ability;
Commitment to client service;
Accountability for goal setting and tracking; and
Highly self organized.
