Hours of Work: Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday, occasional weekends as needed (with flexible start times)

Job Summary:

Provides logistical, administrative and technical support to the CFC Programs & Post-Production teams in all areas of program administration and post-production.

Responsibilities:

Provide internal post-production and technical support as it relates to post-production processes and deliverables, including receiving and organizing deliveries, projects and paperwork and maintaining equipment. Assist CFC Post-Production team with day-to-day communication needs with residents and project teams, including calendar schedule updates, gathering creative notes and general inquiries. Provide general assistance to the CFC post-production team in AVID Media Composer, including assisting with editor proxies, organizing bins, footage markers and script sync.



Support CFC Post-Production team in the online stage as needed, prepare for conforms in Resolve and organize deliveries to post houses. Assist teams with building credits and subtitles using Photoshop, Illustrator and other tools. Assist CFC Post-Production Manager with final packaging of films as they are ready.

Required Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education in film or media production, arts management or a related field
- Ability to work as an effective member of a team
- Ability to multi-task with accuracy and manage time within a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and skilled communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive attitude
- Ability to organize, follow-up, plan, prioritize, and problem-solve
- Computer savvy and proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Outlook

Assets:

- Post-Production experience
- Working knowledge of any of the following: Adobe Creative Suite, Davinci Resolve, AVID Media Composer
