We are looking for a

Journeyman Electrician

to join the Maintenance team at an industrial manufacturing facility in Edmonton.

Employment Type:

Temporary, approximately

1-2 months Schedule:

Monday to Friday Shift:

12:30 PM - 9:00 PM Pay:

$45.88/hour Department:

Maintenance

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair plant electrical systems

Install recent equipment as required

Troubleshoot electrical issues

Assist millwrights with mechanical work when needed

Follow company safety procedures and HACCP requirements

Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications

Valid

Provincial Journeyman Electrician Certificate

or recognized interprovincial equivalent

Valid

Technical Qualification (TQ) trades ticket

Minimum

2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Industrial or commercial construction experience is an asset

Working Conditions

Exposure to machinery, noise, humidity, fumes, and temperature changes

Requires regular standing, walking, lifting, and handling of equipment
