Mantles Restaurant & Lounge, situated in Sun Peaks Grand's lower lobby, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to enhance guest experiences and maintain a positive workplace culture.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations, collaborate with the culinary team, and ensure exceptional guest service.Primary ResponsibilitiesOversee the food & beverage operations and ensure established SPG Standards of Service are executed in a professional and consistent manner.Supervise food orders, ensure timely delivery of food & drinks and guest bills.Complete all checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing duties.Adhere to Health & Safety Regulations at all times.Assist in any F&B; Department Outlet as business volumes dictate.Takes sections and waits on tables as needed, based on business volumes.Identify opportunities to improve processes and remove barriers that weaken guest experience.Guest ExperienceChampion guest resolution using established SPG Standards of Service.Interact with guests to deliver an elevated experience.Drive customer loyalty by building individual connections.Act as an ambassador, promoting internal and external events.Solicit feedback and provide ongoing improvement suggestions.Team Commitment & CollaborationAssist F&B; Managers in training Bartenders, Servers, and Host/Food Runners.Supervise the F&B; team, coaching throughout the day for growth.Provide timely feedback regarding performance and growth opportunities.Advise managers on advancement readiness.Ensure team members have current menu knowledge.Encourage trust, respect,



and cooperation among staff.Make prompt decisions in emergency situations for guest and hotel interests.Compensation$22.35 per hour.Physical RequirementsMedium level; work involves handling loads up to 20kg in indoor and outdoor environments.
