Duties
Identify and pursue new business prospects through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base and increase sales revenue.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that promote our services and enhance brand visibility.




Manage sales pipelines using CRM tools such as Salesforce to track progress, forecast growth, and analyze performance metrics.
Oversee project management activities related to new client onboarding, service delivery, and account expansion initiatives.

Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a fast-paced environment.
Solid negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent project management capabilities to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Knowledge of marketing strategies and tools to support outreach efforts.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management platforms.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and innovation.
