Responsibilities
Develop trusting relationships with children and youth to promote emotional well-being and resilience
Implement individualized care plans tailored to each child's needs, including behavioral support strategies
Facilitate engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and personal growth
Monitor and document behavioral progress, incidents, and daily activities accurately and thoroughly
Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and other professionals to support holistic development
Assist children with daily routines such as meal times, hygiene, homework, and recreational activities




Provide a safe setting by supervising activities and ensuring adherence to safety protocols

Requirements
Experience working with children in educational, recreational, or care settings
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
Solid teaching skills to effectively communicate concepts and guide behavior positively
Compassionate attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to connect with children from diverse backgrounds
Ability to remain calm, patient, and energetic in dynamic situations
Relevant certifications or training in child care or youth work are preferred but not mandatory
Must be committed to creating a supportive environment that encourages growth and development
