Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting baked goods and related products
Prepare and package bakery items with attention to quality and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure bakery products are visually appealing




Provide knowledgeable upselling by suggesting complementary items or specials to enhance sales
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and product availability

Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a rapid-paced environment
Experience in food preparation, serving, or kitchen work is advantageous but not required
