Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and presentation guidelines
Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper food handling procedures
Supervise or collaborate with team members to ensure effective workflow during busy service hours
Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper storage, sanitation, and hygiene practices
Contribute to menu planning and ingredient management to minimize waste and optimize freshness
Serve food to guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude,



enhancing their overall experience
Support restaurant management in daily operations, including inventory checks and equipment maintenance

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality is highly preferred
Demonstrated supervising or team management experience within a kitchen or restaurant setting
Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards
Knowledge of the food industry trends, restaurant operations, and customer service excellence
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene and sanitation
Additional skills such as bartending or serving experience are a plus but not required
