Duties
Assist the dentist during various procedures, including restorative, orthodontic, and pediatric treatments, ensuring smooth workflow and patient comfort
Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies, maintaining strict sterilization protocols
Manage patient records using dental practice management software such as Dentally , ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Take and develop digital radiographs (CAD) to support diagnosis and treatment planning
Provide excellent dental reception services by greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and answering patient inquiries
Educate patients on oral health care practices and post-treatment instructions clearly and compassionately
Support the orthodontic team with appliance placement, adjustments, and patient education on orthodontic care
Requirements
Valid certification as a Dental Assistant Level II from an accredited program
Proven experience with dental software platforms
Knowledge of orthodontics procedures and pediatric dentistry is highly desirable
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dental care
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations, including children and those requiring specialized care
Prior experience as a dental receptionist or in front-office duties is advantageous
