Mentor and technically develop Site Reliability Engineers
Drive metrics, dashboards, and automation initiatives




Serve as the Tier 2 escalation for major incidents
Lead blameless postmortem and improvement efforts
Establish reliability standards with exceptional metrics Requirements:
Minimum 8 years in SRE, DevOps, or cloud roles
Expertise with Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker
Robust background in CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
Proficient in UNIX/Linux configurations and debugging
