Toromont Reman is seeking a Process and Quality Specialist to improve remanufactured product quality, reliability, and performance. You will lead investigations into warranty claims, premature failures, and non-conformances, applying RCA methodologies with internal teams and Caterpillar stakeholders.
You will drive corrective actions to reduce warranty exposure, support CAPA, and participate in data-driven quality improvements across multiple Eastern Canada locations.
