Harvest Systems' Operations Lead will own the full production and installation lifecycle of our heat reclaiming platform for the food-service industry, coordinating shop-floor fabrication, systems integration, and in office restaurant installations.
You will build out fabrication layouts, manage suppliers (domestic and international), develop QA protocols, and maintain a detailed BOM while driving cost-down initiatives as volumes scale.
