Cartel Inc, is currently recruiting for a Commercial Real Estate Conveyancer with a minimum of three years of real estate legal experience to join a well-established, collaborative team working on sophisticated commercial real estate matters. Key Responsibilities Conduct title searches
Assist with Land Titles Absolute Conversion Files
Assist in resolution of complex title matters
Liaise with lawyers, clients, lenders, municipalities, and opposing counsel throughout transactions




Coordinate registrations and filings through
Teraview and related electronic systems
Assist with closing transactions for individual closings as well as condominium and subdivision closings
Manage transaction timelines and ensure key deadlines are met
Maintain accurate electronic and physical file records
Support lawyers with transactional follow-up and post-closing matters
Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate conveyancing within a law firm environment
Strong understanding of Ontario commercial real estate transactions and closing procedures
Proficiency with Teraview, and Microsoft Office applications
Experience handling commercial title registrations for purchases, sales and financings
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Professional communication and client service skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
