In this role, you will conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance across various facilities. Your work will help maintain operational excellence and safety, including the management of fire and life safety systems. By contributing to the upkeep of the properties, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs to facility systems
• Conduct regular maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems
• Perform emergency repairs and preventative maintenance
• Evaluate unsafe conditions and provide recommendations
• Execute inspections and maintain fire systems
Requirements:
• 2+ years of related maintenance experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Relevant technical training in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical
• Valuable driving record and valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office
