The housekeeper will maintain the occupied and unoccupied rooms and bathrooms as well as the common areas of the residence.
Tasks Weekly room cleaning Ensures their trolley contains the necessary products and materials
Wash sink, toilet, mirror and bath
Change towels and bedding once a week
Vacuum cleaner/floor washing
Empty garbage cans
Dusting of furniture and frames (schedule)

Maintenance of common areas Sweep and wash floors/vacuum cleaners (e.g. living room, dining room, etc.) to ensure cleanliness
Dusting of furniture and frames
Wash sink, toilet, mirror and public toilet bath
Empty garbage cans
Washes "fixtures", stains on walls and floors
Replaces toilet paper and paper towels and checks soap dispensers
Cleans windows and glass doors according to schedule.
Maintain indoor plants as required

Any other tasks that may be requested by management
Qualities required Level of education: High school
Be autonomous in their work organization (supply, schedule, ensure agreed project delivery times) and the execution of their tasks
Be comfortable with seniors’ clientele
Ability to work alone or in teams
Know the use of tools for safety and effectiveness
Assess and manage daily priorities of requests from supervisor
Be courteous and respectful, not give favours or accept tips
Physically fit and able to lift 22.7 kg (50 lbs)
