The Role
We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who’s ready to step into a leadership role. You’ll support the Store Manager in running day-to-day operations, leading the team, and keeping the store performing at its best.

This is a excellent opportunity if you have retail experience and are ready to grow into a leadership position.

What You’ll Do

Support the Store Manager in daily store operations

Lead by example on the sales floor and deliver great customer experiences





Coach and support team members to help them succeed

Help with scheduling, opening/closing, and store organizationMaintain strong visual merchandising and store standards

Step in to handle customer questions or concerns

What We’re Looking For

Previous retail experience (leadership experience is a bonus)Confident, positive, and team-focused attitudeStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to motivate and support a teamOrganized and able to manage multiple tasksComfortable in a fast-paced environmentReliable and flexible with scheduling
