Small Engine/Marine Technician
Location: Manitoulin Island (serving Manitoulin and Killarney)

Position Type: Full-Time

Wage: Competitive hourly rate

Role & Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair all makes/ages of outboards, UTV’s and ATV’s

Service lawn and garden equipment, chainsaws, generators and more

Maintain and repair all makes of home standby generators

Regional travel and occasional overnights across Manitoulin and Killarney

Requirements:

Proven experience with marine outboards and power sports equipment

Solid diagnostic, electrical and fuel system skills

Ability to work independently or in a team

Valid driver’s license with clean abstract

Flexibility for regional travel

Bonus Assets (Not Mandatory)

Office experience (invoicing, parts, customer service)

Experience with home standby generators (e.g. Generac)

Winter Hours Note:
First Season: Cannot guarantee full time through winter, but anticipate winter snowmobile service and off season marine work to provide opportunity for year-round stability
