Sensity is a not-for-profit organization specializing in services for the deafblind community. As an Intervenor, you'll assist individuals in navigating daily life with support, communication, and care. This part time role offers flexible shifts and a competitive wage starting at $24.31/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals in home and community environments
• Apply communication techniques for information delivery
• Provide essential personal care and assistance
• Collaborate in achieving individual goals and program development
• Keep thorough and accurate records
Requirements:
• Diploma in Intervenor or related field
• Proven experience with developmental disabilities
• Ability to communicate using ASL or SEE
• Class G driver's license and reliable vehicle required
• Successful Vulnerable Sector Police Check needed
