Fastfrate Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for customers from booking through transit to final delivery. The role coordinates with Driver Coordinators, Planners, Sales, Traffic and Management to ensure top-tier service for each load.
The position requires a post-secondary credential, 1–2 years in customer service, and solid communication, computer, and organizational skills.
