Key Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Build and maintain a strong talent pool of active and passive candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate availability with recruitment consultants.




Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Assist with candidate engagement and provide a positive initial contact experience.
Requirements Strong interest in a career in recruitment.
