The Labourer team works directly under the Director of Maintenance & Facility Operations, focusing on site upkeep and event readiness. Ideal candidates should have general labor experience and show a commitment to creating amazing guest experiences through their efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Move equipment and furniture for event setups
• Handle maintenance tasks, including janitorial duties
• Operate both heavy and light equipment
• Assemble and disassemble event facilities
• Maintain a clean and organized work workplace

Requirements:
• Prior experience in general labor and janitorial work
• Capability to lift objects weighing 50 lbs
• Must hold a class 5 BC driver’s license
• Forklift license is preferred
• Steel toe boots must be CSA approved
