ConsolidatedWater Co. Ltd. designs, builds and operates seawater conversion plants andwater distribution systems in Grand Cayman and other countries in the Caribbeanas well as our other jurisdictions globally.

ACCOUNTSPAYABLE/STAFF ACCOUNTANT

We areseeking a detail-oriented individual with strong accounts payable and generalaccounting experience to join the Finance Department of this multinational U.S.-listed,publicly traded company based in Grand Cayman. The position reports directly tothe Controller.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 yearsof accounts payable and general accounting experience, robust analytical andorganizational skills, a thorough understanding of accounting processes, proficiencyin Excel, and the ability to work effectively under strict deadlines. A solidunderstanding of accounting cutoffs and month-end processes is essential. Experiencewith Microsoft Great Plains, Cogsdale, and/or NetSuite is strongly preferred.

Requirements

Accounts Payable/StaffAccountant Responsibilities

Coordinate all accounts payablefunctions, including opening mail, scanning invoices, managing the [email protected] inbox,



entering invoices intothe ERP system, reconciling vendor statements, processing electronic bankpayments, and issuing and mailing checks in accordance with companypolicies and deadlines.

Download daily bill paymentreports from multiple banks for the Customer Service department to processpayments in the Cogsdale billing system.

Review and reconcile daily billpayments and other transactions posted from the Cogsdale billing system tothe bank transaction reports and general ledger.

Assist with month-end closeactivities, including journal entries, general ledger account analyses andreconciliations, bank reconciliations, generating monthly managementreports, and other accounting and administrative duties as needed.

Perform other duties and specialprojects as assigned in support of the Accounting Department.
